Free Odds payout
No one imagined that a pre-historic game would be a part of a casino game, but Craps is here and still is one of the best games on a casino and a profitable also.
As we know Craps is a simple game and consists of rolling the dice (two of them). The shooter (person who throw the dice) is on the end of the oblong table that is marked with various bet option and it is him who will roll out the numbers.
If the numbers that come out from the roll are 7 or 11 then you win but if it is 2, 3, or 12 you lose. Simple as this is quite impossible I'm afraid. Of course that the dice still can roll other numbers like 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10. If one on this number is rolled out then this will be your point, meaning that now you need to roll out the same number again before a 7 comes out in order for you to win.
Craps is a very simple game but to bet on Craps, well it's not as simple as is it looks.
You have the task of arranging the odds to your favour as much as you can and also to bet correctly. If you are a new player that my advice to you is that you refrain from field bets, this will only make you lose your money.
Craps gives you the chance to arrange your odds and this is what we are going to do. If you look at the Craps layout, the first things you will notice are the areas marked as PASS and DON'T PASS. This two areas means that if you bet on pass and a 7 or 11 is rolled out than you win If you bet on Don't pass and 2, 3 or 12 on the first roll you'll get Craps (and win).
If you bet on PASS and want to make the odds a little more in your way bet on FRE ODDS. This is only possible if you bet on PASS. So as we know if the shooter rolls Craps you lose and if he rolls 7 or 11 you win. But if a point is set (other numbers are rolled) then you can place bet on the Free odds with the equal value of the pass line.
If a 7 doesn't come out now you can be sure that this is a good bet and you will win as soon as the point is made. You will win twice (the passline and the free odds) but the payout will be adjusted to the point (confused?).
Let's take a look at the payouts so you can know what you win. On Craps the 4 and 10 are the easiest to make so the payout is low, 2 times what you bet. 5 and 9 gives you a payout of 3 times your bet and 6 and 8 will pay 6:5.
And with this it means that you win safely all because of the Free Odds in Craps.
